When you send a booking or voucher enquiry, we process the details you provide (name, email, phone, country, travel dates, message) to handle your enquiry and perform the rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We send confirmations and payment information by email. We keep booking records for as long as statutory retention obligations apply (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
